In an attempt to prevent next December from mirroring 2006's I've joined Beverly in The Organized Elf. It's very encouraging to hear others' ideas and to be reminded of tasks.
The transmission has been replaced on my van and we can pick it up tomorrow. I'm not sure when we'll get Scabby (my Mom's name for her van) back up to my parents' home though because my DH has to leave again on Sunday.

How exciting! Keeping everything crossed for you....and it is making it very difficult to knit!!
Congratulations, Heide! Maybe that bad luck thing is finally turning around! (Knock on wood) We did Friday night pizza as well--I may make that a tradition since Emma had fun making the pizza "all by myself!" Gotta go shopping (sans kids) while I can!
Hey, I just thought of something--Cammie has a copy of a Pre-K music disk--all the kids in the class got it last year, so I don't think there would be an issue with making a copy for you--that has lots of great pre-K songs. Let me know if you want a copy!
Love, K
Congratulations that sounds very exciting and wonderful too. Lots of new things happening for the new year! Hope it all goes well for you and that you still have time to knit!
Yay! I'm so glad the interview went well.
