Well, I finished Brian's stocking cap he requested yesterday. Here is a picture of Autumn modeling it. The pattern was very basic and nice to knit. And yes, it's green. A large majority of my yarn stash is green and I need to use it up. I did buy some lovely orange, red and pink variegated sock yarn from an Etsy seller though. I'm saving it for one of my pairs of socks to knit during the Knitting Olympics.

very, very nice cap....care to share instructions? I'm so glad you mentioned it - I promised fingerless mitts to AL on Sunday. I didn't quite finish and promptly forgot about them. Thank you! I'll be able to finish them before seeing him again and he'll be none the wiser (heh heh).
